Battling the Winter Slump

Did you know that January is considered the saddest month of the year? Now that the holidays are over, it can feel like winter lasts forever. The combination of decreased sunlight, cold weather, and decreased activity can lead to feelings of sadness and depression. So what can we do to get past this slump? Some ideas include getting more exercise, increasing your exposure to light, and spending time with friends and loved ones.
