8th Grade All-Star Event Parent Info - May 25
**Attention 8th Grade Parents**
Your student received an invitation to attend this year’s 8th Grade All-Star Event (Dinner, DJ/Dancing, Games, & Photo Booth) held this Friday, May 25 from 6:30-9:00pm. From 6:30-7:00 pm dinner will be served and from 7:00-9:00 pm there will be a DJ, games and a photo booth.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind:
-Students who have NOT met the 8th grade promotional requirements are NOT allowed to attend.
-There will be a $4 cover at the door. To expedite entry into the event, we are asking all parents to send their student(s) with $4 in singles.
-Students will need a current/valid school ID to enter the event.
-All food and beverage items are included, so there is no need for additional money that evening.
-Please note that your student will not be allowed to leave the building and return to the event. If they arrive late or have to leave prior to the end of the event, they will need a parent or adult guardian to sign them in (late arrival) or out (early departure).
-Students are asked to dress in smart casual attire per the invite (please see the Dress Code Violation section on page 20 of the 2017-2018 Hill Middle School handbook if you have any questions regarding school dress code).
