Messages to Students - Messages will be delivered to your students during their lunch periods. If there is an afternoon message, it will be delivered at the beginning of the next period. We do our best not to interrupt class time.
Please understand that messages called in after 2:45 pm or "just a reminder" messages are more difficult to get to students since it is so close to the end of the day.
Phone Use - Please have your student keep $.50 in their locker at all times for use of the pay phone. Due to the large student population, office phones are not available for student use.
When a Student Calls Home - Please encourage your student to leave a message if you are not home. You will then know why your student called and this will be helpful when you return the call.
Lunch Money - If your student forgets lunch money, you may drop it off and it will be delivered to your student during the assigned lunch period. If you are not available to drop it off, the nurse's office offers a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and water.
Early Dismissals - If you need to take your student out of school for an appointment, please send a not with your student. He/She should bring the note to the office when they arrive that morning and we will issue an early dismissal pass. That pass will dismiss them from class.
