Fall Parent Teacher Conferences Scheduling Now
Fall Parent/Teacher conferences will be held on the following dates:
Thursday, November 19th from 4:30 PM-8:00 PM
Monday, November 23rd from 8:00 AM-3:00 PM and 4:40 PM-8:00 PM
*Due to COVID-19, parent/teacher conferences will take place via Zoom this fall.
If you have not received a conference invitation from your child’s teachers by Monday, November 9th, it is because the teachers feel that your child is doing well and there are no concerns at this time. Unfortunately, there are limited time slots available for middle school conferences which are not enough for every family to schedule a face-to-face conference. With that being said, please feel free to reach out to your child’s teacher via email or phone if you would like to do a quick check-in. However, if you still wish to schedule a conference, you will have the opportunity to choose from the available slots.
Hill Middle School will conduct conferences within your child’s academic team. For scheduling purposes, you will select your child’s science teacher when scheduling conferences. However, the actual conference will include the team of teachers.

*Due to the unique schedules of Project Arrow and staffing, all PA conferences will be scheduled using a google from. This form will be sent out to all PA parents on November 10th at 10 am.
As always, we encourage open communication between teachers, students, and parents. Student grades can be accessed using ParentVUE and daily assignments can be viewed using teacher and team sites. These resources are available 24 hours a day. We encourage parents to monitor your child’s progress throughout the school year and contact teachers if you have any questions.

Open scheduling for parents will begin on Tuesday November 10th at 10am. Please see the instructions below for scheduling a conference.
To schedule your conference, log in to ParentVUE at the designated grade level time and select “Conference” from the menu on the left side to see the times available. Once you have scheduled your conference, you can click “Email Schedule” to have the details emailed to you. You can also go back to ParentVUE at any time to view the information. Conference scheduling will remain open through November 16th.
