In-Person 8th Grade Celebration Event

The Hill PTSA and the Hill faculty and staff are excited to announce that we are planning an in-person, outdoor celebration event for 8th Graders to commemorate their promotion to high school. Here are the details:

“A SWEET ENDING TO A NEW BEGINNING”
Date: Thursday June 3rd
Time: 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (note: remote students are welcome to attend!)
Location: Large parking lot and field to the east of Hill Middle School

Activities include:
Outdoor Games
Sweet Treats and Snacks
Raffle Prizes
DJ/Music
Photo Op for students
Goodie bag for all 8th graders

How you can help make the event a success:
>Monetary Donation- Zelle: HillPTSAtreasurer@gmail.com or Checks to "Hill PTSA" send to Hill Office "ATTN 8th Grade PTSA Event"

>Donate $5 or $10 gift cards for raffles for students throughout the event (Dunkin Donuts, McDonalds, Starbucks, ice cream or custard). Send or drop off to Hill Office “ATTN 8th Grade PTSA Event”

>Candy donations for the sweet table or snack and water bottle donations
>>Sign Up Genius for donations and volunteering
>>Amazon Wish list to purchase items you sign up to donate

>* Volunteer for the day of the event or to help procure donations for raffles or goodie bags

*All “day of” volunteers will need to attend a brief zoom training on safety protocols prior to the event

Important information we need from you:
>Please fill out this brief google form with your child’s t-shirt size by 5/7/2021!

>If you are interested in a yard sign for your child, please respond on the same google form. Yard signs will be $7 per sign. We have a limited number of yard signs available, so fill out the google form as soon as possible.
